	Jim Hutchinson - Vice President, Sales With over 36 years in the printing industry, Jim has served in Customer Service, Purchasing and Sales. Hard work, dedication and realizing that customer satisfaction is “everything”, has been Jim’s creed for the past 22 years he has worked for Voluforms. 	Charles Pollard - Vice President, Sales With over 45 years in the forms management industry, Charlie holds the distinctive honor as Voluforms most experienced sales representative. In the past, Charlie actually owned his own print services company and served as Sales Manager of that establishment. During the last 12 years, Voluforms has had the pleasure of employing him as a Sales Representative. His many years in the business have allowed Charlie the opportunity to achieve his primary career objective – establishing a strong work ethic and using it to build solid customer relationships. 	Tom Staley - Vice President, Sales Tom has been in the printing industry for over 25 years. He began his career with Kentucky Lithographing as a Customer Service Representative, later moving into a Sales position. Tom also gained sales experience working with his father at Staley Business Forms for a short time before he joined Voluforms in 1989. Tom’s philosophy on sales is no different today than in the past – the #1 priority is taking care of the customer, treating everyone with respect and building long term relationships. The long term relationships are the key to understanding and taking care of customers. Tom has been married for over 28 years and has 3 daughters, and 1 granddaughter, although he’s fervently hoping to add a grandson to the family someday! 	Susan Voyles Garr - Vice President, Sales With over 25 years in the printing industry, Susan has background in several aspects of the forms business. She has spent the past 21 years of her career with Voluforms in Customer Service, Purchasing and now, as a Sales Executive. Susan’s sales philosophy is time-tested and carries across the boundaries of many jobs: To always be honest, considerate and respectful of customers and to never cease in thanking them, always remembering that they have a choice when it comes to purchasing. Susan has three children and loves hanging out with them and attending their events. She enjoys reading, movies, walking and decorating in her spare time. 	Adam McCoskey - Account Representative Stay true to your word when you promise good quality, good price and good turnaround – this philosophy is what has helped Adam surpass a million dollars in sales in one year. A graduate of Ball State University, Adam began his career with Voluforms in the Art Department in 1995, but quickly moved on to a position as Pre-Press Manager and then Digital Production Manager. As his expertise in forms management grew, Adam decided to try his hand in Sales and has been a top performer for Voluforms. Adam enjoys golf, poker and home remodeling when not on the road. 	Jana Meyer - Sales/Service Representative Jana’s sales philosophy is based on the Golden Rule – treat your customers as you would want to be treated. With an extensive background in the forms management industry, she has had time to employ this value. Jana began her career with Voluforms in 1995, but has been active in the forms industry since 1982. Along with Sales experience, Jana has Customer Service, Forms Purchasing and pre-press background, as well. Jana works primarily with medical accounts in the Kentuckiana area. 	Ryan Perkins - Account Representative Ryan brings the unique perspective of marketing, purchasing and promotion to our Voluforms Sales Team as the former Marketing and Promotional Manager of a Kentucky community bank. He became our newest Sales Representative when he joined the Voluforms Team in February of 2009. Ryan’s experience in the promotion of Customer Appreciation Days, extensive marketing for bank conversions and promotion of bank sponsorships for local community events gives him, and our partners, an “inside” advantage. 	Jennifer L. Sutton - Sales/Service Representative When a customer approaches Jenny with a challenge, she sees it not as a problem, but as an opportunity to make the customer look good by helping them solve it in a way that exceeds expectations. Jenny enjoys her role as a Sales/Service representative – she defines her job as a “solution finder” for her customers. Her 11 years of experience in Forms Management Services puts her in a unique position to offer choices to her customers when determining the best way to approach their print services needs. 	Kristin Hart Willard - Sales/Service Representative Kristin believes developing a relationship with customers is key in the forms industry. To truly understand and help them achieve their forms management objectives, a sales representative must be more than just a vendor. Kristin began her career with Voluforms in 2000 as a Customer Service Representative and quickly moved into a Sales Service role as she learned the forms trade. Focusing on Medical Sales, Kristin works with many hospitals and physicians offices, but also serves the commercial and legal industries.
