This is how Mike describes  the secret of Voluforms’ success. Mike began his printing career at Kentucky  Lithographing Company working part time in 1973. He later accepted a Sales  position and remained there until 1984 when his father Charles founded  Voluforms. Mike immediately went to work in Sales for his dad. Under Mike’s  tutelage, Voluforms has grown and been acknowledged several times by Print  Solutions Magazine as one of the top 100 print distributors. In 1991, INC.  Magazine listed Voluforms as a top 500 fastest growing American company. In the  last few years, Mike and his brother Mark, have acquired the business from  their father and continue to make strides in providing marketing and forms  distribution solutions for Voluforms customers.
 As a community leader, Mike is active in the Jeffersonville  Rotary Club (Rotary President of The Year District 6580, 2008-09) and  serves as 2019 Executive Committee Chairperson for Leadership  Southern Indiana. Michael has served as Southern Indiana Metro  United Way Chairperson and on the United Way SIAC board since 2005 – 2018 . He  has served on board positions with The Friends of The  Town Clock, The Carnegie Arts Council, the Advisory Board for Louisville Public  Radio, and Southern Indiana CEO Roundtable.
Louisville Business First recognized Mike as one of 25 Most Admired CEOs in 2019 and the winner of the Louisville Business First 2020 Family Business Award. In 2020, Voluforms was also a finalist for the One Southern Indiana Business of the Year.
Mike  is married to Susie and they have three children – Zach (Terryn), Chase (Brie)  and Tyler( Ream), and 4 grandchildren Tegan, Posey, Wells and Olive.  His family is the top priority in his life. He loves to spend time  with family and friends. He is also a professional photographer for  several local music venues and national magazines and enjoys  traveling to music festivals, fantasy football and is a collector of Cincinnati  Reds and music memorabilia.
